Please note that all crochet and resin products are handmade, making each piece unique. Final products may vary from photos in color, texture, shape, size, pattern, materials, and overall appearance due to material availability, natural variations, and the many differences that can occur during the handmade process.
Handmade items require time and care. Crochet orders typically have a lead time of one month or more, depending on current demand. Resin products may take several months or longer to complete because of the drying, pouring, and curing processes. Rushed production is not available.
Production timelines begin once payment, design details, and any required customer-provided materials have been received. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on demand, material availability, and the nature of the project.
Because each piece is individually crafted, the finished product—particularly resin artwork—may not exactly match what a customer initially imagined. Anyssa will make every reasonable effort to communicate during follow-ups and keep the design process as collaborative as possible; however, final artistic decisions and control remain with Anyssa.
Flowers and other natural items can change significantly during the drying, pouring, and curing processes. They may differ considerably from their fresh appearance in color, shape, size, texture, translucency, or overall form. Anyssa will treat every item provided by the customer with the utmost respect and care, but she is not responsible for natural changes that occur during drying, crafting, or curing.
Customer-provided flowers and other items may need to be modified as part of the crafting process. This may include, but is not limited to, tearing, crushing, breaking, cutting, trimming, drying, pressing, or otherwise altering the items. By placing an order and sending items to Anyssa, customers authorize these modifications unless they explicitly state in writing, before work begins, that a specific item may not be modified. If modifications are not permitted, Anyssa may be unable to complete the project or may need to use a different creative approach.
Anyssa will make every reasonable effort to preserve the original items whenever possible. However, once the crafting process or modifications have begun, the original items may not be able to be returned intact if an order is canceled. Customers acknowledge and accept this risk when sending items to Anyssa.
Resin pieces may also include air bubbles or other effects that form during curing. These characteristics are a natural part of handmade resin art and may result from factors outside the artist's control. They are not considered defects.
For items shipped to Anyssa, customers are responsible for using appropriate packaging, tracking, and insurance. Anyssa will handle customer-provided items with respect and care once they are received.
Anyssa will package finished products with reasonable care before shipment. Once a finished product has been properly packaged and shipped, Anyssa is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier or other events outside her control during transit. Any concerns about shipping damage should be documented and reported promptly so the appropriate claim can be addressed.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these possible variations, production timelines, artistic decisions, item modifications, and shipping risks. Refunds will not be issued solely because the finished product differs from a customer's expectations or personal artistic preferences. This does not limit any rights that may apply to damaged, defective, misrepresented, or undelivered products.
When you submit an order request, your name, email address, and phone number are stored in Stitch Spot's private order records and Square's customer system so Anyssa can manage your request, communicate with you, and prepare future payment requests. Order details and prices are reviewed separately before anything is invoiced.
